Day 2:

Day 3:
On Day 3 you will repeat, Day 1,
2 Paraway Plus, and 1/2 scoop of Lifibre first thing in the morning....
understand you can take any of your supplements, or drugs you normally take in the morning 90 minutes to 2 hours away from your Fibre if the instructions are to take anything on an empty stomach.
if you are using the 'Feel Great' Pack, you take your Unimate when you want because.. the fibre and paraway is not considered breaking your fast.... Wait for your hunger and remember to take your Balance before eating two of your meals each day...
Day 2: We begin to 'Monitor' our water intake. Start increasing our water with the target of a minimum of 64 OZ of water per day... you may not get there today, but begin to increase it... Why?....
