About 85% of this exceptional blend is derived from the Grande Champagne, known for its unique chalky soil, while the remaining 15% hails from the Petite Champagne. This harmonious combination results in a Cognac with extraordinary length and an exquisite rancio.

In the glass, it reveals a captivating dark amber hue.

On the nose, the Rémy Martin XO offers a smooth experience with rich aromas of jasmine and a velvety structure, accompanied by delicate fruity candy notes.

The palate is a symphony of flavours, dominated by fig and full prune, with subtle hints of cinnamon and brioche. The finish lingers gracefully for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Begin the evening with this delightful, softly spritzed aperitif, served cold. The all-natural flavors are reminiscent of a fresh slightly acidic sweet pineapple mingled with a rich smooth and creamy coconut background flavor. Mexican lime juice is utilized to brighten and refresh the flavor while also providing subtle depth. This fairly sweet wine has a lower alcohol content and is properly balanced with a Moscato basis. Enjoy over ice or as part of a cocktail mix for added refreshment.
