Get ready to experience Cambodia’s First Cocktail Festival! In February, on the 7th and 8th at Sora, many top international bars alongside some of Phnom Penh’s most celebrated bars and talented bartenders will join for two days to make some fantastic cocktails.

Moonshine will be working with local bars Kravat, Malevich, and Cin Cin and International Bar Leone, The Curator, Alice, and Firefly Bangkok with the help of our sponsors Planteray, FAIR, Nikka, 818, LM&V, Ki One, and Adriatico!

សង្ខេបឡើងវិញអំពី “Bar Workshop” ដ៏អស្ចារ្យដែលរៀបចំដោយ Monin Cambodia និង Moonshine។ បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់សិក្ខាសាលាទាក់ទងនឹង EcoSpirits ភាពសប្បាយរីករាយបានចាប់ផ្តើមនៅពេលដែលអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នាបានចូលរួមជាមួយ EcoSpirit និង Monin ដើម្បីបង្កើតស្រាក្រឡុកដ៏ឈ្ងុយឆ្ងាញ់។ ពួកយើងពិតជារំភើបណាស់ដែលមានឱកាសបានបង្ហាញនិងចែករំលែកអំពីអត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃ EcoSpirits ។

Recapping on an incredible “Bar Workshop” hosted by Monin Cambodia and Moonshine. After completing the workshop on EcoSpirits, the fun continued as the group joined EcoSPIRITS and Monin to create delicious cocktails. សប្តាហ៍មុននេះ ពួកយើងបានចូលរួមដោយក្តីរំភើបចំពោះ Origin Bar’s Aki Nakata ដែរជាអ្នកឈ្នះនៃការប្រកួតប្រជែង “Nikka Perfect Serve” ដែលបានធ្វើឡើងនៅក្នុងប្រទេសថៃ!
អ្នកក្រឡុកស្រាក្នុងតំបន់បានបង្កើតស្រាក្រឡុកក្នុងរយៈពេល 15 នាទីដោយប្រើស្រាសរបស់ Nikka’s Spirits នៅចំពោះមុខចៅក្រមទាំង3 នាក់ ដែលដើរតួជាភ្ញៀវ។ ច្បាប់នេះផ្តោតលើទស្សនវិជ្ជាជប៉ុន “Ichi-go, Ichi-e” មានន័យថា “ពេលមួយ ជួបគ្នាមួយ”

Recently, we joined in excitement for the winner, Origin Bar’s Aki Nakata, of the “Nikka Perfect Serve” competition that took place in Thailand!

Regional bartenders crafted cocktails within 15 minutes using the Nikka’s Spirits collection, in-front of 3 judges who play the role of guests. The rules are centered around a Japanese Philosophy “Ichi-go, Ichi-e”, meaning “one moment, one encouter”

Moonshine plans to raise the competition stakes next year when we compete.
