はじまり
アペロのストーリーの始まりは2014年。
東京にワインバーをオープンするため、私たちがフランスから日本にやって来たことがきっかけでした。それから現在に至るまで、フレンチスタイルの斬新なアプローチで食とワインをより美味しく楽しめる空間を築き上げてきました。

私たちは、素晴らしい人々と素晴らしい商品が集まれば、その場所は最高の思い出がうまれる空間になると信じています。だからこそ、自分たちが選ぶワインとホスピタリティーに誇りを持っていつも皆さまをお迎えしてきました。また素材にこだわった食事や、フランス人らしいライフスタイルを提供させていただくことで、皆さまと最高の体験や思い出をシェアすることができています。

オープンから数年が経ち、お客様たちとは素晴らしい関係を築き上げてくることができました。
さらに、これまで関わってきた生産者の方々とは同じ情熱を共有し、よりサステナブルな視点から

創り上げていく世界を考えてきました。

そして2021年、aperowines.comをオープンし、素晴らしいワインを飲むきっかけや喜びをより多くの方々に知ってもらうために新しく動き出しました。アペロのコミュニティーをさらに広げていきたいと考えています。

私たちのモットーは“Wine differently”。
このモットーは、生産者がワインを造り始める時から、皆様がボトルを手に取るその瞬間まで受け継がれる、バトンのような想いです。

「ワインを選び、飲んで楽しむ」
それはとてもシンプルなことですが、それが世界の変化や未来に繋がっていってほしい、
そんな想いを込めて、私たちはこのモットーをいつも心に刻んでいます。

今回は長年のapéro.フレンドで、西のapéro.担当、星野和成さん（通称カズさん）とのコラボ企画🙌apéro.のカズとダブルカズでお待ちしております！

インデパンダンスアペロワインバーでご提供しているワインリストはそのほとんどがオーナーやスタッフがフランス国内をまわり自らセレクションしたものです。当たり前のことですが自分達が納得しその素晴らしさに感動したワインだけが載っています。すなわち私達がワインの作り手に心を揺さぶられたヒストリーでもあるのです。料理に関しても私達がオーガニックにこだわるのは生産者の方々が自然の厳しさを理解し化学製品に頼ることなく気候風土にあったものを知恵と手間暇をかけて誠実に作られているのをしっているからです。そうして作られた食材は本来の味を損なわないように私達が独自に選んだワインと調和するように調理されています。

オーセンティシティ私達のルーツがフランスである以上アペロワインバーに存在するものにフランスの今を感じていただければと考えています。それは人それぞれで構いません。一杯のワインであったりお皿の上であったりそこにながれる空気感であったり。もちろん私達アペロチームにでも構いません。アペロにいるフランス人スタッフは自分達を育んだフランスのアイデンティティを大切にしていますが今暮らす日本という国にも深い愛着と尊敬の念を持っています。２つの国で自分達におこった良い体験からアペロワインバーに新しいインスピレーションを与えていきたいと考えています。訪れる度に皆様に新しい発見をもたらす事の出来るアペロワインバーであり続けられように心がけています。

シェアリングどんなに素晴らしいワインも場所や時や人によって美味しくなくなってしまうことがあります。シェアリングすなわち分かち合いをアペロが大切にするのはそれをワインバーとしての使命と考えているからです。バーはすなわち小さなコミュニティであり様々な方々が交差する場であるべきだからです。青山の地でのちょっとだけ喧騒から離れて、皆様にとって大切な時間を使っていただける価値があり、素敵なひと時を共有していただける為にアペロワインバーは存在します。
