🌹ビネールの魔法にかけられて🌹

こんにちは！
やっと晴れましたね☀

最近、入荷したばかりのキュンと冷やして飲みたい
ビオワインをご紹介します。

アルザスシ・ローズ 2019〜2023
ドメーヌクリスチャン・ビネール
¥5,720(税込)

Si Rose=薔薇
と
Cirrhose=肝硬変
の発音が似ていることから、ラベルには肝臓が描かれています。どこまでもユーモアを忘れない、フランスならではの言葉遊びですね🤣

さて、名前の通りバラの香りでとっても華やか。
そこにナチュール感と旨味が加わって、
なんとも印象的な味です！
ゲヴェルツトラミネールの華麗なエキゾチックさを
ピノ・グリの優しさが受け止めているような、2つのぶどうのいいとこ取りです♥

ワインだけでも楽しめますし、個人的には
小籠包と合わせたら美味しそう。
ピンクがかったオレンジ色は、ウキウキ気分に花が咲いて、春を感じます🌸

Today, I’d like to introduce a newly arrived vin naturel that’s perfect when served chilled.

Alsace Si Rose 2019–2023

"Si Rose" (rose) and "Cirrhose" (cirrhosis) sound similar in French, which is why the label features an illustration of a liver. This kind of wordplay is so quintessentially French! 🤣

As the name suggests, this wine has a gorgeous rose fragrance. It’s complemented by the natural, umami-rich character of vin naturel, creating a truly memorable taste!
The exotic elegance of Gewürztraminer is beautifully balanced by the gentle touch of Pinot Gris, making this wine the best of both worlds. ♥

It’s delightful on its own, but personally, I think it would pair wonderfully with soup dumplings (xiao long bao).
Its pinkish-orange hue brings a joyful, spring-like vibe! 🌸
