泡と澱がまるでしんしんと降る雪を連想させる冬っぽさ満載な毎年恒例の1本！
イラストレーターのたなかみさきさんとのコラボレーション作品で、愛らしさと冬の切なさを感じ取ることのできるラベルに仕上がっています。
良い意味で日本酒っぽくないラベルなので手に取りやすいこともうれしいポイント

メロンやマスカットのような瑞々しい香りが口いっぱいに広がり、乳製品を感じさせる甘酸っぱさ、お米の旨みを感じることができて、鍋料理など季節の料理と相性バッチリ！

We’re back with a new episode of the monthly Ginza meetup for English-speaking Sake lovers.

Our hosts Maksim Polkin, ,together with Alejandro Civera Chanai, , will take you to a dive in the past.

Aged Sake was a lost craftsmanship for decades, but with it’s reinvention in 1970s a certain stereotype has formed in the minds of the Sake drinkers - amber in appearance, with strong aromas of dried fruit and soy sauce.

We want to make sure that you know that aged sake is a much broader category and deserves more attention!

We will be trying aged Ginjo styles, Kijoshu, Bodaimoto, Barrel Aged Sake… and even extremely limited and not available for sale Sake! 5, 10 and even more than 30 years old sales will appear!

Our host Alejandro Civera Chafai from Spain, , dedicated, multilingual sake professional and holder of Sake Diploma International, will take you to the extremes.

You’ll get to try both low and high, and he will explain you how this happens and other differences. We will enjoy sake at different temperatures and see how they behave. We will introduce you from light and refreshing but flavourful sakes to powerful but extremely elegant ones.

リシャール・ジョフロワ氏は、元々世界的に有名なシャンパン「ドンペリニヨン」の醸造最高責任者を28年間務めていました。
2020年、その経験と技術を活かして富山県で日本酒作りに携わるために立ち上げた日本酒ブランドが【 IWA 】。
9月に5作目となる『IWA5 Assanblage 5』が発売され、銀座店は全国でも数少ないお取り扱い店舗の1つとなります。

新商品の発売を記念し、GINZAのお客様への感謝を込めてジョフロワ氏が試飲会とサイン会を開催してくださることになりました。

To commemorate the release of the new IWA 5 assemblage and express his gratitude to our Ginza customers, Mr. Geoffroy will host a tasting and signing event.

Richard Geoffroy, founder of IWA5 and former chef de cave from the globally renowned Champagne "Dom Pérignon" for 28 years. In 2020, with his vast experience and skills, he launched this sake brand, brewed in Toyama Prefecture. In September, "IWA5 Assemblage 5," was released, and our Ginza store is one of the few locations in the country where you can find it.
