DATA ENTRY CLERK
Ideally applicants should have:
• 2 Years Exp. in a similar position
• 3 CXCs including Math, English
• Knowledge of Excel and Word would be an asset and/or Quickbooks Point-of-Sale.
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for data entry and document preparation in the following areas:
- Point-of-Sale Inventory system
- Accounts Payable
- Cheque Disbursements
SENIOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
Applicants must have:
• 5 CXCs including Math, English and Accounting
• 2 years experience in the recording of supplier invoices, settlement of supplier balances and in the maintenance of good Supplier-Credit Relationships.
• Tertiary Business Studies Qualification (Diploma or otherwise).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrable aptitude in QuickBooks Point-of-Sale o Accounting Systems. Training will be provided.
Applicants with knowledge of other accounting systems will be considered.
Responsibilities will include:
• The preparation of customer orders
• Review of invoices and verification of Goods Receival
• Inventory update and pricing adjustments
• Accounts Payable update
• Weekly accounts payable budgeting
• Preparation of cheque requisitions and invoice settlement
• Maintenance of daily banking records
MANAGER’S ASSITANT
Applicants must:
• Hold a Secretarial Diploma from a recognized institution and have at least 3 years Senior Secretarial experience in an accounting office.
• Alternatively have a Degree in Business Administration with at least 2 years experience in office administration and or accounting.
Responsibilities will include:
The incumbent will report to the managing director, will have overall responsibilities for office administration, accounting and payroll management and will supervise the activities of the Data Entry Clerk, the Senior Accounts Payable Clerk and a Contract Accountant.
The Personal assistant will liaise with operating personnel and the managing director and facilitate the smooth operation of the company’s activities always maintaining good relationships with customers, staff, suppliers and bankers.

SENIOR BILLING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES -
Ideally applicants should have:
• 2 Years Exp. in a similar position

• Must be Computer Literate
Responsibilities:
• Able to supervise the complete activities of a shift, to include billing and customer relations management, staff supervision and cash control. Further the incumbent will be required to assist in inventory control and general administration.
BILLING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES -
Ideally applicants should have:
• Demonstrable aptitude for QuickBooks Point of Sale billing system. Training will be provided.
• 3 CXCs including Math, English
• Must generally be Computer Literate to include exposure to Microsoft Excel and Word.
Responsibilities will include:
• Multi-channel receipt (face-to-face, email, telephone, fax, online) and processing of customer quote requests and customer orders. The incumbent will handle each transaction completely to include cashiering and the monitoring of the delivery of goods.

COUNTER CLERKS/ WAREHOUSE ASSISTANTS/ATTENDANTS
Ideally applicants should have:
• High School Diploma.
• High Level of Literacy.
• Good Arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities
• The incumbent will service a customer base comprising small shops, restaurants, bars and provide consignment services to promoters of events. The latter will necessitate working at nights on occasions.
