Eva è figlia del sole e
della terra. É un rifermentato in bottiglia, naturalmente frizzante, profumato e
divertente. Minerale, sapido e croccante in bocca,
molto rinfrescante, perfetto durante in periodo
estivo. È un vino a base di uve Trebbiano e Malvasia di Candia
un'unione di una prima fermentazione in acciaio e una
seconda in bottiglia.

Eva is one of the daughter of the sun and
the earth. It is a refermented in bottle, naturally sparkling, fragrant and fun. It is a
wine that was born from a union of still fermentation
and a second fermentation in bottle directly. Very
fresh and mineral, perfect during summer period.

Giornata di tagli.
Per ottenere un buon vino bisogna saper scegliere come i vitigni possano legarsi insieme valorizzando le loro caratteristiche date dall’annata. Il vino è il risultato della pioggia e del sole dell’anno dunque ogni anno sarà un po’ diverso, il nostro compito è quello di portarlo il più vicino possibile a quella che è la sua identità.

Wine is the result of the year's rain and sun, so every year it will be a little different, our job is to bring it as close as possible to its identity.

Potatura.
Per ottenere un buon vino bisogna saper tagliare i
rami giusti nel momento giusto. L' energia della
pianta nel periodo invernale deve essere raccolta
nella sua parte vitale.

Pruning.
To get a good wine you need to know how to cut the
right branches at the right time. The energy of the plant in winter period must be collected in its
vital part.
