Sangiovese is the quintessential red grape of Tuscany, but expresses itself differently depending on the huge variance in terroir in the region. Our Morellino di Scansano is comprised of 90% Sangiovese grown at our estate just 7km from the Tuscany coast. As such, it benefits from various maritime effects which highlight the wine’s freshness and intense cherry flavor!
