Salute to summer!! Celebrate all summer long with some of our favorite of the white wines - there is truly one for every and all occasions! 🥂

The first white wine is a Le Gonnare produced by Fabio Motta, which is a Vermentino IGT Toscana 2022. This bottle is aged for a shorter amount of time, therefore making it a lighter white wine. It is best enjoyed by itself, during an aperitivo, or paired with a light meal such as a white fish.

The second wine Montenidoli Fiore is a Vernaccia di San Gimignano 2021. This Vernaccia is a strictly organic wine and is the only DOCG white wine made in Tuscany. As for the flavor, this bottle is aged for longer therefore it has a stronger flavor and more depth. This pairs well with dishes with delicate sauces, steamed fish and white meats.

The third and last bottle is one we would reserve for special occasions, the Collezione Pirata 2021 is a private collection of Chardonnay. It is one that is not easily found and is from Tuscany. As it has a 14.5% alcohol level, it has a lot of depth and should be enjoyed alone preferably after dinner.
