La ricerca dell'eccellenza ci porta a sviluppare progetti a lungo termine che diano risalto alla qualità dei nostri prodotti..
Siamo orgogliosi e entusiasti di presentare la prima cioccolata al whisky torbato targata Hidden Spirits.
Un progetto lungo 1 anno sotto l'attenta direzione di per vedere realizzato un cioccolato fondente 80% fava Guatemala Cahabòn con aggiunta di un nostro torbato 😉.

Disponibile da questo fine settimana nelle migliori enoteche ..

Quanto ci piacciono le collaborazioni ☺️!!!
Siamo felici di annunciare questo Single Cask Scotch Whisky distillato nel 2010 presso Auchroisk Distillery, sapientemente selezionato da Ermes Fusari e posto in bottiglia nell'ottobre del 2024.
Una grande espressione di Auchroisk totalmente invecchiata in una botte ex sherry oloroso.
Le classiche note agrumate di Auchroisk si uniscono alle calde sfumature di cioccolata, caffè e frutta secca che la botte ha rilasciato.
