Kumaon & I is a dry gin made by Himmaleh Spirits. It’s India’s first provincial dry gin, and is made from fresh spring water from the Himalayas.
The gin contains 11 botanicals, including Timur, a berry-like pepper from Sichuan, and black turmeric.

Jin JiJi Darjeeling is a small-batch gin that’s hand-crafted with Darjeeling tea and Himalayan juniper.
It has a nose of black tea and cream, with a weighty mouthfeel and notes of cashew nut, cocoa nib, and ginger. It also has an earthy finish.

Jin JiJi Indian Dry Gin is made from 100% wheat-based neutral grain spirit from West Bengal, and also includes botanicals like wild juniper, chamomile, and Tulsi leaf.

Palate: Not as sharp and citric as the nose suggests, instead offering a pleasantly balanced gin flavour that’s instantly recognisable as Tanqueray.
Finish: Smooth yet dry and lemony.

This cask aged gin is meant to be sipped on the rocks just like an old- fashioned cocktail and comes with a “grapefruit garnish spray” with each bottle. This product presents a label and packaging that reflects the very nature it draws inspiration from - India's lush and diverse jungles.

Tasting Notes:-

Dark fruit and raisin notes from sherry cask aging.
Spice forward with smooth vanilla undertones.
