Available in store, we're happy to support St. Anne's National school with their 2025 Calendar initiative for school funds. Honestly we've never seen anything so adorable. Beautiful images captured by the very talented local photographer Nikki Stix George. Calendars are €12 or 2 for €20, then €10 for subsequent purchases. Please bring cash for payments as all proceeds go directly to the school. Well done to the parents association for putting it all together, it's a wonderful little Christmas gift. Customers, we plan on closing by 8pm this evening due to the incoming storm.
It's already incredibly grim and it's of the utmost importance to make sure our staff get home safely. Should the storm conditions be very bad before that time, we may indeed close earlier. Should you need fuel, Christmas trees and other provisions please come as early as possible. Cumbersome items will be getting locked away earlier than usual. Our staff also have their usual lock up routines to follow so again please come early to not have them under pressure and so everybody can leave for home at a timely manner. Pumpkins galore available today at Odlums Baldwinstown. We have great value with our mini pumpkins and ornamental gourds at any 5 for €2. Also a fantastic guest appearance from Donald Trumpkin ( not politically motivated, just a bit of fun ! ) The countdown is on for the end of our ice cream season too, so get in, in the coming days for your fix of our famous 99's.
As for the 4 guys who came along in the red pickup truck with trailer and white suv who stole from us, no theft will ever be tolerated. Both our CCTV, staff and passer by saw you in action. We will be pursuing this. Absolutely shameful behaviour.

A big thank you to the crew at Wexford homeless housing action group for dropping by to collect the donations of cans and bottles which our customers, staff, neighbours and friends are donating on an ongoing basis. The last donation was just over €70 in vouchers, this collection just exceeded €100. The organisation now in the run up to Christmas will be topping up savings cards within supermarkets to provide food hampers and such like to both homeless, people and families in need. I brought this idea forward to the group back in February and thought it would be amazing if lots of little stores like ours and other businesses could jump on board and do the same. Hopefully more will follow. A simple act of kindness can really go a long way. We are still as always happy to take your return logo bottles and cans and have them donated for good. We are also happy to pass on any non perishable food donations to the organisation as unfortunately there are indeed a lot of people in need on an ongoing basis. Share the love folks, and thanks for your ongoing support.

As many know we are one of the main pumpkin growers for the big supermarket chains in Ireland. This year we've added the white ghost variety and some ornamental gourds. Pop on in to pick a pumpkin and maybe have a cheeky 99 ice cream before our machine goes to rest for the winter.

Hi folks, see blow a picture of the vouchers from yesterday charity bottle return. As always with any draw or competition we run, we'll share a video or picture as proof. We will announce the name in a separate post and not comment under most posts. So many scammers are too eager to hack your information. We haven't been hacked, someone is using our shop picture on their personal "friends" page. Our page is a "like" page. We don't use messenger for our business either. Always scroll through suspect pages for historic posts to confirm it's legitimacy.
Anyway the closest guess who got there first, as a couple made the same guess is Michelle Mullins who guessed €72. You were just 30c off as the total on return coupons is €71.70 Michelle you can whatsapp me on 051 563096 or drop in to store.
Thank you everybody for your support. I'm sorry some dishonest crettin tried to scupper the fun. We will continue to donate any return bottles and cans for good so all usable donations are very welcome.

How about a little guessing game to win some ice cream vouchers for our store! Our charity bottle and can collection was done today where I brought them to the return vending machines, the vouchers from the returns will be given to a local group helping feed homeless and people in need in Wexford. This is an ongoing initiative in store that I'd love to keep going. One gentleman dropped off the whole large box that you can see in the picture, this was so incredibly kind and thoughtful. Unfortunately 2 medium sized bags were of no value, where some used it as a way of getting rid of food tins and non returnable bottles. Please do not drop in these sort of items or squashed cans or bottles, or items not emptied. While we're trying to spread a little kindness, we shouldn't have to pay to dispose of others waste. 😪 Guess the total voucher amount, closest guess wins an ice cream voucher bundle.
