I am a small artisan producer, based in Co Kerry; I started my business in 2011, first producing my luxury homemade Christmas puddings, which were awarded silver and bronze in the Blas na hÉireann Awards in 2013 & 2014. s, including Ballyseedy Home & Garden Centre and The Kingdom Food and Wine Shop, both located in Tralee, also in The Strand house located in Dingle. I have since then introduced new products to the market, Irish Whiskey Truffles, and Chocolate-dipped Figs, using 70% high-quality Couverture chocolate, which contains a higher percentage of cocoa butter.
