Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a 'connoisseur' beer that is easy to drink." The classic Belgian Abbey beer Leffe Blonde is an authentic Abbey beer brewed to the exacting standards set up by Leffe’s abbey Father Abbot Nys and master brewer Albert Lootvoet when the brewing tradition of Leffe began again in the 1950s. Leffe Blonde is the second beer they brewed. It is a perfect aperitif , and also goes particularly well with red meat and strong cheeses.

Overall, a nice beer to warm you up, and some decent, comforting food pairings. Strong in alcohol content, but delicious if drunk sensibly. You will smell a mellow, fruity and malty aroma with a slightly spicy character (coriander, hops). Additional earthy and very subtle aromas.
Feels smooth and comforting. Delicious if drunk sensibly. Taste is warming.

Verdict is in, if you are looking for Very refreshing, easy to drink lager, with subtle flavours, balanced and given a slight sweat aftertaste. The front end is malty, slight bitterness rounded out with a slight sweetness. It is a very pleasant drink but wont appeal to hardened lager/ipa drinkers.

LOW ABV of 3.4 and price competitive due to the low ADB
