Looking to get active again or keen to try something new? Our Men on the Move programme, in partnership with the HSE, is designed for men aged 30+ to improve functional fitness with exercises focused on strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Each week, enjoy 45-60 minute sessions led by a qualified fitness professional. You’ll receive a DynaBand and learn effective ways to use it, building strength and endurance as you progress.

🚨🚨 Important notice about Defibrillators in the area 🚨🚨

The battery life of an AED can be significantly reduced at low temperatures. Just like your car battery struggles in winter, the batteries in an AED can also drain faster in cold weather. This could potentially leave the AED without enough power to deliver a life-saving shock when it's needed most. Therefore as a precaution with the imminent extreme cold weather, the Defibrillators in and The Rock, Granagh have been removed until temperatures are back up. Please share 🙏

🚨 Open Tuesday January 7th 8am-6pm 🚨

♦️We couldn’t open without our fantastic local staff who continue to brave the snow (most on foot ⛷️) to make sure we can provide the people of Ballingarry with all they need.

♦️Similarly, a massive thank you to Patrick Sheehy and Edward Kennedy who gave up their time over the last couple of days to clear the snow and get our forecourt and carpark back to some normality again.

♦️Ballingarry has always had a strong, supportive community and it was great to see it in action both yesterday and today❤️

♦️Locally, the secondary roads are still in poor condition so take care and stay safe ☃️
