A semi dry marsala best used in the kitchen for Italian cooking, but it can be used in a lot of different dishes, like stews, some curry sauces, etc. Adds a nutty flavour and caramelisation to beef, mushrooms and white meats, and great for making desserts like Tiramisu and Zabaione.

This low alcohol Vinho Verde is the first with denomination ATLANTIC COAST VINEYARD WINE.

It comes from vineyards 15km close to Atlantic. Those conditions create acidic but subtle, fresh and fruity wines, and Azahar is the perfect example of what the region is capable of.

Delicious, bright and lively, with enticing orange blossom notes, green fruit flavours and a distinctive minerality.
