Autism is a condition that impacts on how a person perceives, understands and responds to the world around them.

Our shopping centre was the first in Ireland to train all staff members on how to help a person with
autism❤️💛💙💚

Here is 3 things you can do around our centre during quiet hour to help…

1)Turn phone on silent.
2)Don’t stare at a child having a meltdown continue with your business.
3)Do not continue to ask the same question give this person time to prepare to answer.

We just got off the phone with Santa and are so thrilled to confirm that YES - he will be at Market Cross Shopping Centre this Christmas and will arrive for a special event here on Saturday, 26th November.

A visit to the Market Cross Santa Grotto is a rite of passage for Kilkenny children and we are so delighted he’s back this year (we missed him so much).

So, boys and girls - the great news is that the grotto is bigger and better than ever!

No pre-booking is required too so just rock on down to Santa when you get a chance!

The grotto is in the heart of the city amongst all the Christmas spirit, fun and festivities.
