We are the current holder of the ‘wine specialist in Ireland for 2011’ title, but we also have a wide range of spirits and craft beers which you can choose from. We offer a party service whereby we loan glasses and give generous deals on top class wines. And if you’re in business and know that your clients like nothing more than a full-bodied red or a crisp white, we can help. Bollinger Nebuchadnezzar Cuvée Champagne 15 Ltrs – 20 bottles. Bring in the new year in style. Bollinger uses only the ‘cuvée’ juice in the making of Special Cuvée. Depending on vintage, 100% of Grand Cru’s and part of the Premier Cru’s are barrel fermented. Bollinger uses small stainless steel tanks to conduct the fermentation of the other cru’s.
