Santa’s sambos popup had a very special moment in Dundrum Town Centre today. Chef Shane Murphy was given a surprise visit by the Murph clan who came all the way from Bantry in West Cork to wish Shane a Happy Birthday & try a delicious sambo. Needless to say, the Christmas sambo’s were flying out the door all day. Come visit us anytime & try Ireland’s No.1 hot Christmas sambo 💪🏻🕺🎉😍👏🏻🤘🏻☃️🥂🍾

'The Durrty Santa Sambo' has arrived at our Christmas popup shop in Dundrum Town Centre 💪

This is a beast and only for the brave. This bad boy is stacked & packed... Three layers of slow roasted turkey, cider & honey glazed ham, sausage/ sage / leak stuffing topped with melted French brie & cranberry sauce . The all important middle slice of toasted bread is soaked in home made gravy... Simply delicious!
