The Casey’s Group was founded in 1998 with the opening of our Castlebar store under the Centra brand. Due to its success it has enabled Casey’s to operate stores in Ballina, Limerick, Galway and Newbridge, employing a total of 190 people nationwide.
In 2017 we celebrated becoming part of the 100% Irish-owned Londis symbol group, with the business experiencing one of its most positive transformations to date. Our new-store design model has not only given all stores a welcome new look and feel, but the innovative layout has improved the shopper experience. The stores are spacious, bright, well laid out, and much easier to shop, with a bigger emphasis on fresh foods. One of our most notable innovations has been the development of The Kitchen at Casey’s. A new deli concept that provides an even better range of wholesome hot foods, including tasty salads and sandwiches all prepared and cooked in store.
Changing to the Londis brand has enabled us to bring additional, quality Irish franchises like, Chopped ( in Castlebar, Galway & Limerick) and Bewley’s to its customers to complement its own wholesome in-store food offering. We are also proud to have a Supermac's franchise in our Ballina and Limerick stores.
In the coming weeks all our stores will be preparing to hoist the Circle K branding over our forecourts in place of its predecessor Topaz.
