The master distiller, Klaus Müller, inherited the distillery from his ancestors, who had been crafting spirits for generations. However, Klaus was determined to create something truly unique, something that would capture the essence of the serene forests surrounding his distillery.

Inspired by the tranquility of the Black Forest and the refreshing breeze that swept through its trees, Klaus set out to create a gin unlike any other. After years of experimentation and refinement, Chill Gin was born.

Crafted using a blend of traditional botanicals such as juniper, coriander, and citrus peel, Chill Gin also incorporates locally sourced ingredients found in the Black Forest. Wild berries, spruce tips, and even a hint of mountain lavender are carefully infused into the spirit, imparting a distinctively crisp and refreshing flavor.
