Hibiki 100th Anniversary Blend 43% 木盒版

上年三得利100週年推出既特別版響木盒版，呢支係無公開發售，甚至官網上都冇提過既一支酒，只係喺日本既酒吧推出，賣單杯。當然點做都會有人拎出黎賣。見呢排個價回落左，睇下有冇酒友有興趣。根據網上僅有既資料，呢支木盒版係用30年山崎水楢，30年知多，同埋17年既精選酒體勾兌而成。有酒友飲過，佢話真係有水楢桶獨有既檀香味，十分出色。數量唔多，就係得幾支，唔駛八千蚊一支，有興趣得到更多資訊既朋友，可PM或留言查詢。

Talisker 25YO 2005 57.2%

夏日繼續熱辣辣，今日搵左2005裝瓶既Talisker 25YO 俾雷友們。計返時間，應該係1979，80左右蒸餾，即係同經典既20年原酒差不多年份。無論喺WB（91.03），WF （90）都有90分以上。有興趣得到更多資訊既朋友，可PM或留言查詢。

以下係WF既TN：

Talisker 25 yo (57.2%, OB, 2005) I always liked the 20yo’s better (than both the 2001 and 2004 versions of the 25yo, roughly 92 points vs. 88), so let’s see whether that will change now.

Colour: gold.

Nose: punchy and powerful, with some big, bold rubbery notes at first nosing, that are soon to vanish, leaving place for a blend of cooked butter, sea water, oak sawdust and apple juice – as well as butter croissants (excuse my Frenchness). It gets then more frankly maritime as well as quite orangey and even flowery (hints of peony and iris), and keeps then improving for hours. Well, minutes… More peat (rather subtle), more ‘farminess’, quite some quince jelly and marzipan, herbs (chervil and bay leaf)… And always these bold buttery notes. A punchy but domesticated Talisker.

Mouth: a little sweeter than expected but very assertive, peaty, liquoricy and salty. Something pleasantly sweet and sour on top of that (white wine sauce and also a little rubber again) but it’s a little less complex than on the nose just now. Salty butter caramel… Gets quite dry after that and expectedly very peppery but it’s quite far from being a ‘monstrous’ Talisker. Hints of curry, chilli sauce, thyme… And always quite some liquorice.

The finish is long, quite enveloping, salty and slightly caramelly… And, of course, peppery. Well, it’s an excellent whisky, no doubt. Maybe a good two points above the earlier 25yo’s in my books, so let’s say 90 points.

Glendronach 1995 19YO Oloroso Sherry Puncheon 55.4% #4890；Glendronach 1995 19YO Pedro Ximenez Sherry Puncheon 54.8% #3232

夏日熱辣辣，搵左兩個桶號既多納單桶俾大家，可以趁而家酒市低迷，入返D貨。第一個桶號係 #4890，一樣係0loroso，水位略低，大約喺頸底左右，但勝在夠平，開黎飲就岩晒。另一桶係 #3232，PX熟成，水位靚仔D，放多兩年都仲得。資料如下：

Lagavulin Distiller's Edition 1997 16YO 43%

Lagavulin Distiller's Edition 一向都廣受酒友們，不論係最舊既黑標版，同上一版既淺綠版，水準一向穩定。Distiller's Edition 係Diageo 既特別系列，選出6間酒廠，以其中既得意之作，再過一次特定既雪莉桶。作為龍頭大廠既Lagavulin，當然係用16年，再過PX桶。2013裝瓶既呢款DE，係由黑標轉淺綠標既第一版，計起上黎都已經11年前。Whiskyfun 俾左90分，係歷代淺綠標DE中最高分，水準風格更接近黑標。新版既DE已經變無年份同埋唔係PX桶，趁仲有機會平平地買到舊版，雷友們唔好錯過。出面零售，Carousell 都要二千五以上，而家唔駛二千有交易。只有三十，有興趣得到更多資訊既朋友，可PM或留言查詢。

市場比較少見上兩版Talisker 舊版普飲，即係大約2005-2014呢十年。岩岩搵到箱分別來自2010既10年。雖然WF冇分，但2011有90分，2009，2012都有89分，所以我估計2010應該都係89、90分左右。只有一箱，有興趣得到更多資訊既朋友，可PM或留言查詢。

Port Ellen 10th Annual Release 54.6% 分享瓶

上個用搵到咁多好野，今個月乜都搵唔到，咁岩見到支靚價Port Ellen，係唔係都執左先。上WF一查，呢支10th Annual Release係95分，係有評分既咁多支Annual Release 中最高分；WB上都有92.69分（320人評分），非常高分。1978年蒸餾，Refill Sherry 熟成，31年酒，限量3,000支。市場已經買少見少，好難搵到兩萬樓下。今次呢支開分享瓶，接近成本開賣，純粹賺下飲。開13份，50ml一份，有興趣得到更多資訊既朋友，可PM或留言查詢。

Colour: straw.

Nose: oh this is restrained and elegant! Exactly the opposite of some exuberant peat monsters, this is very subtle, on old papers, almond milk, shellfish, old slightly musty spice mix, soot and quite a lot of cut apples. I think I’ll try to compare this one with the 22yo 1978 Rare Malts one day, I seem to remember that one was a true monster- exactly the opposite of this new 1978.

With water: the beast still roars! Water woke up a tarry peatiness that, precisely, reminds me of the Rare Malt (that I used to call ‘the Pirelli whisky’ – nothing to do with the naked girls on the calendars).

Mouth (neat): ah yes, yes yes! More vibrant than the nose and ueber-lemony, superbly zingy, ‘chiselled’ and kippery. Greatest notes of olive oil and marzipan in the background. Gets then ashier and saltier at the same time. I don’t think we used to know how PE would behave after 30 years of age, I think we have the answer.

With water: perfection made whisky. Please call the anti-maltoporn brigade.

Finish: very long. Superb salty aftertaste and a contrasting spice blast (carvi, pepper, cloves, bitter almonds).

Comments: wow. To think that we’ll have all these new old Port Ellens to try in the coming years! And if PE was the peaty Islayer that aged best? Shall we soon see the revenge of the old lady on her thundering neighbours? Imagine there’s probably much more old PE than old Ardbeg around…

Glendronach Cask Strength Batch 4 54.7%

2015年推出既多納原酒4版，多納原酒系列一直都廣受好評。呢款第四版，由PX 同 Oloroso Sherry Cask 陳年，54.7%。WF：90分，係舊Label五版中日，第二高分，僅次於Batch 1。周圍賣緊都二千八以上，我就當然搵到靚價俾大家，水位仲要幾高。唔駛兩千，有興趣得到更多資訊既朋友，可PM或留言查詢。

今年推出既山崎職魂之作，由四款威士忌組成，三款係山崎，一款係白州。之前2022年推出既職魂之作，四款都係無年份。今年特別D，有兩款係18年，其中一支係山崎水楢。另外兩支無年份，一支係艾雷麥芽，另一支係傳說中既“黃金諾言”大麥。資料如下：

Balvenie 21YO 新舊版；Balvenie Tun 1401 Batch 8 50.2%

今日同個住花蓮既收藏家家吹開水，佢話想散晒D收藏，因為地震太頻密，驚會打爛，血本無歸。因為健康，因為套現都聽過，因為地震就真係第一次聽。最少有500支威，由幾百蚊普飲，到幾十萬輕井沢都有。先拎左幾支Balvenie 百富出黎，全部都低於市價唔少，酒友們動作要快喇。資料如下：

A. Balvenie 21YO Port Wood 43% 方盒新版（有四支）
零售一定要二千以上，呢支等如75折。

B. Balvenie 21YO Port Wood 47.6% 圓桶舊版（一支）
二手拍賣網post緊四、五千蚊，呢支都算係狀態唔錯，唔駛二千，抵玩。

C. Balvenie Tun 1401 Batch 8 50.2% （一支）
百富著名系列1401，第八版係9個美洲橡木桶加上3個歐洲橡木桶勾兌而成。WF：90分，WB：91.12分。紙桶，酒標有發黃，水位到頸底，雖然狀態唔係咁好，但價錢好靚。零售要萬六、七蚊，呢口價一半都唔駛，無得頂。

Signatory Vintage Edradour 2013 Single Cask 46%

今日整款Sherry俾大家。黎自Edradour，而Edradour係蘇格蘭最細既酒廠，以生產雪莉桶威士忌聞名。Signatory Vintage 收購左Edradour，不斷推呢支價廉物美既Edradour 10YO。雖然呢支係46%，但試過幾款SV Edradour 既單桶，都係好重雪莉，非常適合雪莉愛好者。Whiskybase 類似既桶評分都有八十幾分。除左水準穩定，最重要係價錢，十年雪莉單桶，兩年前賣都要850，今次仲平，拎黎日常飲用，看門口就十分好。只有12支，有興趣得到更多資訊既朋友，可PM或留言查詢。

實在賣太多舊Ardbeg，自己都覺得有D悶，不過難得仲搵到原封箱既舊Ardbeg，都推下俾大家啦。2009推出既Supernova Stellar Release ，難得外盒十分靚仔。水位大約都係頸底，裝瓶左14年既Ardbeg，在所難免。WB：89.15分，WF：89分。只有4支，有興趣得到更多資訊既朋友，可PM或留言查詢。

之前同個喜歡飲雪莉既酒友傾計，大家都覺得多納都係90年代蒸餾，大約熟成20年左右既單桶水準最高，因為食桶冇咁深，而且價格仲好合理。既然係咁，就順手執一批符合條件既Billy Walker 年代既單桶俾大家，資料如下：

岩岩佢搵左款Bowmore 海鷗，係12年 Screen Print，仲要係1000ml。根據網上呢款Bowmore係90年代推出，最少都有接近30年歷史。呢批酒狀態很好，水位岩岩低過頸底，而印喺酒樽上既酒標，亦算十分完整，冇甩色。同呢批差不多狀態，喺Carousell 要過三千。數量有12支，唔駛二千七，有興趣得到更多資訊既朋友，可PM或留言查詢。
