Lynch Bages is beyond the GCC. The market considers it is Lynch Bages rather than one of the GCC. 1978 is showing very well. The sign of aging only happened outside the bottle but not inside. Blanc de Lynch is lovely!

Au Sommet is a single vinyard moutain Cab in Atlas Peak. Amuse Bouche is 100% merlot in Napa. Both wineries are owned by John Schwartz and made by the legendary Heidi Barrett, screaming eagle winemaker.
In addition, John owns Coup de foudre and made by Kent Jarman. Silky presentation of Cab Franc and Bordeaux Blend in Napa. Don't forget the rich but fresh Chardonnay of Mon Trajet.

High-quality wine paring. Precision on the wines, foods, and even glasses alignments. Au Pied du Mont Chauve.
St Aubin is more mineral, and Chassagne is more fruit forward. Demoislles is very sought after and touching Montrachet.
