【Wine Cocktail Recipe】🍹 - 富濃郁的白蘭地、柑橘和甜味的經典調酒！Cobbler一詞源於鵝卵石，因為這款調酒會用大量碎冰，似杯中堆滿鵝卵石一樣。Cobbler早於18世紀於美國風行，本以雪莉酒作基酒，不過因為19世紀的葡萄產量問題，演變出不同的配酒，如 #白蘭地、 #波特酒等等。

◾️材料：
- 3oz 白蘭地
- 約1/2oz 糖漿
- 1至2oz 隨你喜歡的汽水
- 橙片、檸檬片、時令水果或櫻桃作裝飾
- 碎冰

◾️做法：
1. 將冰凍的酒杯裝滿碎冰
2. 將白蘭地和糖漿倒入酒杯中，攪拌均勻
3. 加入汽水
4. 用水果裝飾即可享用！

*白蘭地或威士忌也適合做基酒！

🍹 Brandy Cobbler: Refreshingly classic, with rich brandy, citrus, and sweetness! The term "Cobbler" comes from cobblestones, reflecting the crushed ice resembling a cup filled with them. Popular in the U.S. since the 18th century, it originally used sherry as the base spirit. In the 19th century, due to grape production issues, it evolved to include various spirits like brandy and port.

◾️ Ingredients:
- 3oz Brandy
- ~1/2oz simple syrup
- 1 to 2 ounces club soda, to taste
- Orange slice, lemon slice, seasonal fruits, Cherry for garnish
- crushed ice

◾️ Instructions:
1. Fill up a wine glass with chilled wine glass
2. Put the Brandy and syrup into the glass and stir
3. Top up with soda
4. Garnish with the fruit to serve.

*Brandy or Whiskey are also good for making cobbler.
