1982 is one of Bordeaux’s greatest vintages. It is also a highly respected vintage at Chateau Palmer. The climatic conditions were exceptionally favorable throughout the year. Today, the wines are silky, with a lot of fruity flavors. They possess all of the qualities of long-ageing wines. Chateau Palmer’s terroir and style are fully expressed with this vintage.

Look at this pristine original wooden case of Chateau Lafite Rothschild 1982 with Ex-Chateau provenance! Lafite 1982 has long been regarded as the wine legend of the Century, arguably the finest illustration of a Pauillac First Growth.
Neal Martin has retasted the wine in 2018, and he commented “the bouquet is very intense with blackberry, cedar, graphite and hints of morels, gathering momentum in the glass, perhaps with just a touch more VA (volatile acidity) than its peers. The palate is medium-bodied and very fresh, lively and tensile with a fine thread of acidity.”

A magnum of Château Pape Clément 1971 with Ex-Chateau provenance in pristine condition. Pape Clement is known as one of the jewels of Bordeaux and though its appellation, Pessac-Leognan, led by Bernard Magrez, who owns a powerful global wine empire. It is also one of the oldest Grands Crus Classes in Bordeaux.
