Chef Zhang's signature dishes were artfully paired with the Year of the Dragon Vintage 2012 horizontal selection from Baron Philippe de Rothschild, including Domaine de Baronarques Blanc 2012, Chateau d'Armailhac 2012, Chateau Clerc Milon 2012, Petit Mouton 2012, Chateau Mouton Rothschild 2012, and Chateau Coutet 2012, all served in magnums. Following the Bordeaux Extravaganza Gala Dinner, we hosted a cozy After Party for trade insiders from Macau. Guests enjoyed casual night snacks and, of course, fine wines from all the top wineries of Bordeaux. The evening was filled with lively conversations, networking opportunities, and a shared passion for exceptional wines. 🍷✨

It was a wonderful way to unwind and continue celebrating the spirit of Bordeaux, with each sip and bite enhancing the experience. We are grateful to everyone who joined us and made the night memorable.

During the Bordeaux Extravaganza Gala Dinner last month, we celebrated the finest aspects of life with an exquisite gourmet gala dinner at Wynn Macau, prepared by their celebrated chefs. The evening was enriched with elite wine pairings and live entertainment, creating an unforgettable experience. 🍷✨

Wynn's bespoke menu was meticulously crafted to perfectly complement the newly launched Baron de Brane Blanc 2023 (FS92) from Chateau Brane Cantenac, the exquisite Chateau Tronquoy Lalande 2014 (WI95) from the same group as Chateau Montrose, the famed Chateau Lynch Bages 2010 (JD98), the highly sought-after Chateau Clinet 2015 (JS99), and the prestigious Sauternes Chateau Coutet 2016 (JD97).

Guests had the privilege of tasting a selection of 18 Bordeaux fine wines at the tasting stations, making it a truly memorable evening for all wine enthusiasts. The combination of exceptional cuisine, world-class wines, and captivating entertainment made this gala dinner an extraordinary celebration of the finest aspects of life. 🍇🥂

Led by the esteemed Jennifer Docherty MW, this session featured seven top Bordeaux wineries showcasing their exceptional wines. Participants delved into the impact of global warming and recent climate changes on wine production, learning how these wineries adapt their practices to continue producing outstanding wines despite these challenges. 🍇🌍

The master class provided invaluable insights into the resilience and innovation of Bordeaux winemakers, highlighting their commitment to quality and sustainability. It was an enlightening experience for all attendees, offering a deeper understanding of the intricate relationship between climate and viticulture.

Our recent wine dinner at Whisk, Mira Hotel, was a splendid evening featuring the esteemed Château Lagrange of Saint Julien. Guests savoured a selection of exceptional wines, including the elegant Arums Lagrange 2021, the distinguished Fiefs Lagrange 2016, and a trio of remarkable vintages: Lagrange 2013, 2010, and the rare back vintage 1996. The presence of Sylvain Menard, Business Developer of the winery, added a special touch as he shared his expertise and passion for these exquisite wines.

We recently hosted an exclusive DBR (Lafite) dinner at the Michelin-starred Tin Lung Heen, The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, featuring an exquisite selection of vintages: R Rieussec 2021, Long Dai 2018, Carruades Lafite 2008, Lafite Rothschild 2008, and Lafite Rothschild, Estate Release 1998. One of the highlights of the evening was the Lafite Rothschild 2008, distinguished by its engraving of the Chinese character 八, symbolising the milestone of the Domaine de Long Dai project by the Domaine. This event was a true celebration of fine wine and culinary excellence, bringing together connoisseurs for an unforgettable experience.
