Mai Po No. 1 is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel-aged in Bourbon (80%) and Rye Whiskey (20%) Barrels. It has rich roasted coffee and chocolate flavours with notes of brandied cherries, chestnuts, and caramel. ABV 10.5%.

Mai Po No. 2 is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel-aged in Bourbon (80%) and Rye Whiskey (20%) Barrels and conditioned with caramelized bananas and vanilla beans. ABV 10.5%.

Mai Po No. 3 is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel-aged in Bourbon (80%) and Rye Whiskey (20%) Barrels and conditioned with toasted coconut, cacao nibs, and vanilla beans. ABV 10.5%

Mai Po No. 4 is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel-aged in French Limousin Cognac Barrels from the Old Elk Bourbon Cask Finish Series. It has rich roasted coffee and chocolate flavours with notes of apricots, raisins, honey, and caramel. ABV 12.5%.
