以"Make Your Art Edible" 為目標, 設計出獨一無二的韓式唧花蛋糕。每一朵花的顏色、款色、數量, 蛋糕抹面設計, 不同的擺花方法, 呈現出復古、清新、優雅等不同風格的造型, 以配合場地及客人的需求。沿用天然食材粉調製復古花色, 沒有牛油忌廉的鮮艷亮麗, 卻散發著陣陣低調的高雅。色系溫和, 顏色天然, 安心食用。全人手製作, 非工廠倒模。
韓國直接進口白豆蓉, 低糖零牛油, 輕盈不油膩, 每一朵花, 每一片葉都可以吃進肚子裡。有別於牛油忌廉蛋糕, 豆蓉蛋糕無須冷藏, 室溫存放, 簡單方便, 適用卡戶外婚宴場地。
另外我們更設有韓式唧花班, 輕鬆上堂, 小班教學, 令學員更放鬆, 享受蛋糕裝飾設計的樂趣。, 導師更能貼身教授, 令各同學更容易掌握技巧。全港首家肉肉植物仙人掌系列蛋糕及唧花班, 設廣東話及英語教學。
We handcraft our cakes with love, aim to “Mark Your Art Edible” . Cake crafter design for each unique flower wedding cakes with special flower patterns, vintage pantones and water coloring cakes, present in elegant and refreshing styles.
Introducing Korean white bean paste flower toppings, substitution for ordinary buttercream, with LESS SUGAR and BUTTER FREE content, healthier choice to have a big bite. Natural food dyes for flower coloring, resulting in vintage dusty colors. Korean flower cake stays in good condition in room temperature, not necessary to be refrigerated, best for outdoor receptions.
Piping class in English is available. We teach flower piping in small classes, with relaxing environment, closer and clearer instructions from tutors.
