Wild Turkey Rare Breed:

Rare Breed is a “barrel proof bourbon” meaning it has no added water to lower the proof or dilute the flavor after it’s been distilled. This bourbon is a unique marriage of Wild Turkey 6, 8, and 12-year-old stocks, giving it a remarkably smooth flavor considering its high alcohol content. Jimmy Russell keeps his Rare Breed in the freezer so he doesn’t have to add ice (which would dilute the flavor).

Since this whiskey comes right out of the barrel and isn’t lowered to proof, the ABV will vary slightly from batch to batch.

Wild Turkey 81 Proof:

Wild Turkey 81 Proof Bourbon Whiskey is aged 4+ years. Luzhou Laojiao · 60 Years Old Cellar

The cellars for Luzhou Laojiao · 60 Years Old Cellar have been using continuously for 21900 days. It is a smooth yet complex baijiu expressing incredible roundness and fruitiness.

In the 1950s, the 17th generation of the traditional brewing technique of Luzhou Laojiao, aka “The Three Cheng of Baijiu City,” Li Youcheng, Zhao Zicheng, and Zhang Fucheng built a large number of cellars, which was a hot topic at that time. Nowadays, all these cellars have become the fermentation pits for Luzhou Laojiao·60 Years Old Cellar.

Luzhou Laojiao·60 Years Old Cellar is smooth and mellow with complex aromas, showcasing the flavorful fruitiness and rich texture.

Tasting Notes: Sesame, herbs, anchovy, and stone fruit peel are present in the nose. A clean and briny body with hints of citrus rind, apricot, anise, and Pacific oyster.

Bruno Mars正是這個品牌的合夥人之一，
由世界級的冧酒大師Don Pancho Francisco Fernandez負責釀製，
而Bruno Mars則以品牌創意總監的身份，
主導樽身的設計以及品牌定位宣傳各方面。

SelvaRey White Rum 使用了3年與5年兩種不同的蘭姆酒，
在美國波本桶中陳年蘭姆酒勾兌而成。
最後再經過碳過濾的方式去除顏色。
讓白色的蘭姆酒保有鮮明的焦糖與木質調的香氣。

The Stin Styrian Dry Gin

Johannes Firmenich與Reinhard Jagerhofer在維也納就讀自然資源及應用生命科學大學時結識；一樣都出身奧地利盛產葡萄酒的施蒂里亞地區（Styria）且喜愛品飲琴酒，在畢業前就萌生想用家鄉素材製作琴酒的念頭。
選定靠近斯洛維尼亞邊界，由喬漢納斯父母親家族經營的「芬敏尼斯釀酒廠（Weingut Firmenich）」，從2015年開始實作他們的想法；兩人皆遺傳各自家族的製酒天份，使用傳承幾代的50公升小型銅製鍋爐進行蒸餾。基底選用96%ABV玉米中性烈酒，添加來自喬漢納斯家族果園裡六種酸甜各異的蘋果、萊茵哈德家的接骨木花，以及檸檬、柳橙、迷迭香、杜松子、孜然、芫荽籽、葛縷籽等共28種原料浸泡數日後，透過相當緩慢的蒸餾方式萃取最飽滿香氣。
蒸餾後取得80%ABV的基底琴酒，除了以施蒂里亞地區純淨泉水稀釋至47%ABV外，不添加任何糖份與香氣風味。2017年，結合施蒂里亞和琴酒（STyrian gIN）兩個字詞命名的「史丁琴酒（Stin Gin）」正式發售。

The Austrian gin STIN – Styrian Dry Gin is not your regular kind of gin. 28 carefully selected botanicals and a great deal of passion for the craft turn this tasty liquid into pure enjoyment for the palate. Amongst other ingredients it is mainly the juniper berries, south Styrian apples and east Styrian elder, which give this gin its fresh scent and unique taste. Gin enthusiasts Johannes Firmenich and Reinhard Jagerhofer founded the up-andcoming distillery and the team was fittingly completed with world-class bartender Philip M. Ernst as brand ambassador. “We have always had a thing for gin. Both Johannes’ and my father are passionate distillers and hence we already had access to the equipment and basic knowledge,” says Reinhard Jagerhofer.
