roduction label; help in selecting for your special occasion or a recommendation for “an every day wine”; from guidance on how best to store your wines, to buying wine En Primeur. We can also help you organize a tasting of your own, for a company event, or for a special birthday. Having made the wine selection our clients can be assured of the authenticity and condition of the wines as no effort is spared during the procurement, transportation, and storage process. Most of our wines will be sourced directly from the producer, from trusted negociants and wine merchants. Our services do not stop after the sale as we will provide advice and tips on how best to enjoy the wines. Wine maturity periods, serving temperatures, lengths of time needed for decanting, and food pairing all have a significant impact on the enjoyment of wines.

The night began with 2010, a perfect Sauternes pairing for the Château Chef’s Specialties (Deep-fried Eel, Roasted Sliced Chicken). The chef’s creative approach to Cantonese barbecue and seafood truly impressed, as praised by The Michelin Guide.

The highlight? Tasting the rare Jeroboam format (3L) of Château Pichon Baron-Longueville 2010 & 2004—aged to perfection with remarkable complexity.
