Ｓａｎｔａ Ｃｒｕｚ Ｍｏｕｎｔａｉｎｓ
Domaine Eden is a nearby mountaintop wine estate Mount Eden purchased in 2007 . It was founded and built by the late Tom Mudd in 1983 and modeled after Mount Eden. Mudd initially planted the Mount Eden clonal selections of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon , which evolved to include Pinot Noir from various Dijon and Californian selections.

This property inspired a new wine brand , Domaine Eden which focuses on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from this special site and Bordeaux varieties from Mount Eden’s larger home , the Santa Cruz Mountains.

Domaine Eden 是 Mount Eden 於 2007 年購買的附近山頂葡萄酒莊園。 它由已故的湯姆·穆德 (Tom Mudd) 於 1983 年創建並建造，仿照伊甸山 (Mount Eden) 建造。 馬德最初種植了Cabernet Sauvignon和Chardonnay的品種，後來逐漸發展到包括來自Dijon和加州的各種品種的Pinot Noir .

This wine has intense black cherry, red currant, and indescribable “walk in the forest” aromas.

Red Blend: 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot, and 1% Malbec .

Zesty, with loganberry and boysenberry fruit notes showing good energy from the get-go, while anise, floral and mesquite notes fill in throughout. Sleek and fresh in feel, with the fruit showing a finishing kick on the mineral-tinged finish.

A native to the Canary Islands, Carmelo Peña Santana worked in Chile, the Douro, and Bierzo before settling back in his native Gran Canaria and starting his personal project “Bien de Altura.”

His goals are to contribute to the recovery of abandoned vineyards in his area, to respect the terrain and work in an ecological and biodynamic way, and interpret the land, focusing on making the best possible wine that can come from each plot.

The oak influence is hard to detect amongst the incredible sensory journey it takes you on.

And palates are ruby in the glass with flavours of ripe cherry, crunchy berries, raspberry, saltwater, cured meats, leather, pepper, pot pourri, graphite, black tea, smoke and violet aroma .

It has a medium body with high acidity and subtle tannins.

I love Etna Wine, because it is a mixed of old and new.
is one of the most beloved wineries in Etna, produce some of amazing low intervention wines. From everyday drink of Palmento to single vineyard “Qvevri R”, it is a pleasant wine to enjoy on any occasion.
Bring the wines back to nature where they belong.
We talked a lot of Palmento in the past, because it is just pleasant to the eye and delicious in your mouth.
“Qvevri R” is from organic grown Nerello Mascalese ,80-110 years old, made in 2 x 2,000 litre Georgian qvevri which are buried underground in the cellar!

After 2 years of waiting, we finally have our first shipment in the warehouse today. The waiting has been an weird journey, you read on the internet but nothing like when you experienced it. First of all, we exchange message using “message” on my iPhone in 2022.

We have officially launched our Happy Valley outlet back to wine shop and the logo was just done this morning! Looking very nice😊 (well, with the ability to buy and drink😀😀)
The reason we add totally represents how I feel about wines over the last 2 years!
I want to focus on low intervention and natural wines and the idea is from from Europe! So if you are in the valley, starting from tomorrow you can stop by at the store and say hi!
It is also very nice that we get to work with some of the local partners this time to enrich our selections.

However occasionally I want a special bottle on a special day! A glass of wine I can sit down quietly , embrace myself on the little things in my life!
This Hobbs Tango 2015 has been opened over 30 hours, and it is absolutely amazing right now!

Located in Campania in the town of Tramonti. It is a cool, breezy microclimate and an isolated place. Alfsono Arpino established the estate in 2004 with love and respect of these old vines. The grape vines are y grafted and trained in giant pergolas known locally as tendone. The red varieties are Tintore di Tramonti, Piedirosso, Moscio, Sciascinoso, Olivella , the whites are Pepella, Biancatenera and Ginestra.

This is the red Chorey-Les-Beaune comes from Les Beaumonts, a lieu-dot often regarded as one of the top plots of the village.
The soils are deep and well drained and rich. Great for red! People looks for Chorey Les Beaune is for its great price/ quality ratio. The oldest plot dated back 1960, with total of 10 plots, around5000 bottles production each year.
When we work with them, it perfectly matched bottle wander’s value.
