We will be hosting a tasting event for Murray McDavid (IB Scotch whisky company) for the first time. This time we will not be presenting the whiskies. Victoria from Murray McDavid will be travelling all the way out to Hong Kong to host this tasting event at our shop in Wan Chai, Lee Tung AVenue, Shop G33!

近日我們在店舉辦了一場Tasting Event，一共品嘗了6支皆是MHD Spcial Release 2023 whisky，全部都係Single Malt 單一麥芽威士忌：

根據2009年蘇格蘭威士忌法則所定義：「單一麥芽威士忌」（Single Malt Whisky）是指由單一酒廠以100%大麥，一個蒸餾廠出產的麥芽威士忌，必須使用發芽大麥，不能摻雜其他穀類，裝入橡木桶當中釀造至少三年以上。

近日我們在店舉辦了一場Tasting Event，一共品嘗了6支皆是MHD Spcial Release 2023 whisky，全部都係Single Malt 單一麥芽威士忌：

根據2009年蘇格蘭威士忌法則所定義：「單一麥芽威士忌」（Single Malt Whisky）是指由單一酒廠以100%大麥，一個蒸餾廠出產的麥芽威士忌，必須使用發芽大麥，不能摻雜其他穀類，裝入橡木桶當中釀造至少三年以上。

1. Singleton of Glendullan 14年，度數55%
香氣 : 黃色水果、奶油蛋捲和蘋果派
口感 : 水果、芳香香料、奶油糕點
餘韻 : 濃厚果香,橡木香

2. Clynelish 10年，度數57.5%
僅在美國波本橡木桶中熟成十年，俱有所想中高海拔地區所獲得的蜂蜜風味，口感有
鹹焦糖、白胡椒、油桃、牛奶巧克力和一點堅果味，餘韻悠長而帶有香草味

3. Lagavulin 12年（龍舌蘭酒桶），度數56.4%
艾雷島酒廠獨特的煙熏味在 Don Julio Añejo 龍舌蘭酒桶中加以放大，有胡椒、廢棄篝火、核果、白巧克力和燒焦的菠蘿香氣，草本煙燻、李子、橙皮和橡木香料。豐富的爆谷和太妃糖在尾端徘徊

4. Oban 11年（朗姆酒桶），度數58%
「The Soul of Calypso」在加勒比罐式蒸餾朗姆酒桶中陳釀，是朗姆酒桶製作精良的典範，俱有芒果乾、薑餅和五香蘋果香氣，
口感有香草、柳橙、糖果、肉桂和熱帶果汁。
餘韻：香料和焦糖。

5. Roseisle 12年，度數56.5%
Roseisle 酒廠第一出版的威士忌！「摺紙風箏」特別發布。在初裝波本威士忌和再裝酒桶中陳釀
香氣：有咖啡軟糖、杏仁糖、德梅拉拉糖（Demerara Sugar) 和黑加侖子果醬。
口感 ：桃、無花果和橙的果香、少量而濃郁的香料。
餘韻帶有堅果和奶油味。

6. Talisker NAS，度數59.7%
「狂野探險家」，在特色波特酒桶的組合中陳釀
香氣: 煙燻、碎屑、乾果、單寧木和海鹽的味道。
口感 : 深色莓果、肉荳蔻和焦糖。
餘韻 ：烟熏肉桂、糕點和果醬
