[Trinity - Port Barrel Aged Sour Beer]

有興趣嘅朋友就唔好錯過喇！(數量有限)

一支有齊晒葡萄酒、精釀啤酒、咖啡，三種元素嘅酒精飲品～

首先，Artisan Brewer 選用咗一款產自法國 Burgundy 嘅 Pinot Noir Natural Wine 沖洗咗兩個 Port Barrels，然後再配合 Heroes Beer Co. 特別釀制嘅 Brett Ale 酸啤酒，桶陳 12 個月。期間加入咗 Cacao Nibs、Vanilla、Red tart Cherry、Plum、Blackberry 等材料一齊釀造。最後兩星期，更加加入咗由 Hare 晴舍 挑選，嚟自巴西及印尼兩款精品咖啡豆，提升酒體層次感！令大家可以一次都品嚐到葡萄酒、精釀啤酒、咖啡，三種不同但係亦非常平衡嘅味道。🤤
