Weihenstephaner Hefeweißbier Dunkel 再次凱旋！在英國舉行的世界啤酒大獎（World Beer Awards）首日，這款特色啤酒被評為德國最佳深色小麥啤酒，而到了第二天，更進一步奪得全球最佳同類型啤酒及全球最佳小麥啤酒的殊榮。但這還不是巴伐利亞國立釀酒廠 Weihenstephan 在本屆大賽中獲得的全部獎項。

成熟香蕉的香氣、細緻的氣泡感、絲滑的口感——Weihenstephaner Hefeweißbier Dunkel 具備足夠的特點，足以問鼎頂級排名。世界啤酒大獎的評審團顯然與此觀點一致，為這款啤酒頒發了多個獎項——Weihenstephan 釀酒師們取得了輝煌的成就！此外，其他 Weihenstephan 特色啤酒也獲得殊榮：Weizenbock Vitus 獲評為德國最佳同類型啤酒，Hefeweißbier 在其類別中獲得銀獎，Kristallweißbier 和 Original 則分別獲得其風格類別的銅獎。

Weihenstephan 啤酒滿載榮耀，但最令釀酒廠總監約瑟夫·施雷德勒教授（Prof. Dr. Josef Schrädler）欣喜的，則是「Dunkel」的成功：「Hefeweißbier Dunkel 近年來越來越受矚目，這次能夠在世界啤酒大獎中獲得全球最佳小麥啤酒的榮譽，絕非易事。」今年的競爭依然激烈，來自全球的釀酒廠紛紛參賽，專家評審團在兩天內品評了大量啤酒。

這一結果也讓首席釀酒師托比亞斯·佐洛（Tobias Zollo）倍感振奮：「看到我們的旗艦啤酒獲得應有的認可固然令人高興，但其他風格的啤酒也受到讚譽，更是莫大的肯定。能夠讓全球最佳小麥啤酒出自 Weihenstephan，這對我們釀酒團隊的努力來說是無與倫比的肯定。」
