Inexpensive but not cheap, this is what Vignerons de Buxy brings you from Burgundy / Bourgogne. With over 120 family owned vineyards and 90+ years of wine making experiences, these Southern Burgundy wines in the Côte Chalonnaise region combine the best of both worlds: Low price with great quality!

Located on the western edge of River Saône, the Côte Chalonnaise region is considered to be the younger cousin of Côte d'Or as they are both limestone escarpment. However, with no Grand cru (but a lot of 1st Cru) vineyards in the region, wines from this subregion of Burgundy are priced relatively lower but with almost the same quality.

The Bourgogne Chardonnay 2018 is a simple wine everyday chardonnay with good taste that can be served as an aperitif with onion tart, dumplings, or simple dishes offish orwhite meat (cod filets or turkey breasts...). It can also be served with soft cheeses (Camembert, Coulommiers...).

The Montagny Chardonnay 2018 is a full-bodied, elegant, gourment wine with intense spicy hints, finishing with impressive length. It is an elegant companion to more exotic meals : paella, Asian cuisine... This astonishing wine is always the center of attention at any meal. The Montagny appellation produces only white wines, some critics commented that its style is comparable to the more famous appellation Pouilly-Fuissé and Côte de Beaune.

The Mercurey Rouge Pinot Noir 2018 is a racy wine with pleasant aromas of red fruits backed by a firm but elegant tannic structure. It is more supple when matured. Raspberry, strawberry, cherry gradually give way to underbrush, spices (to***co) and leather. Pleasantly round and very firm, this is a powerful, meaty wine. It accompanies traditional cuisine such as stewed meats and vegetables, grilled meat, beef ribs or steak, meat fondue, roasted or stewed lamb, gratins, and cheeses.

想飲但係唔飲得有好多理由。要揸車？有細路？陣間返工？見到人哋個個一人一杯，好無引啫！

Sassy Cider 來自法國諾曼第。有别於一般Cider又加糖又加調味（唔係點會有咁多味），Sassy Cider 係100%全天然，堅持用人手揀選嘅法國蘋果以傳統方式釀製，由採摘到入樽全部都法國in house處理，用多達18款蘋果去調製出真正Cider應有嘅口感，試過之後絕對會令你以後對Cider改觀！

由於用傳統釀製方法冇任何添加所以Sassy Cider嘅氣泡同酒精度都較低，最低果支只有 2.5%，一個人飲曬成支都只係等於一罐啤酒，咁以後無論咩時候都可以放心暢飲啦！
