Wild Turkey Rare Breed:

Rare Breed is a “barrel proof bourbon” meaning it has no added water to lower the proof or dilute the flavor after it’s been distilled. This bourbon is a unique marriage of Wild Turkey 6, 8, and 12-year-old stocks, giving it a remarkably smooth flavor considering its high alcohol content. Jimmy Russell keeps his Rare Breed in the freezer so he doesn’t have to add ice (which would dilute the flavor).

Since this whiskey comes right out of the barrel and isn’t lowered to proof, the ABV will vary slightly from batch to batch.

Wild Turkey 81 Proof:

Wild Turkey 81 Proof Bourbon Whiskey is aged 4+ years. To give it that Wild Turkey signature kick, Eddie Russell uses the classic Wild Turkey high-rye mash bill and ages it in our famous #4 alligator char American oak barrels. Luzhou Laojiao · 60 Years Old Cellar

The cellars for Luzhou Laojiao · 60 Years Old Cellar have been using continuously for 21900 days. It is a smooth yet complex baijiu expressing incredible roundness and fruitiness.

In the 1950s, the 17th generation of the traditional brewing technique of Luzhou Laojiao, aka “The Three Cheng of Baijiu City,” Li Youcheng, Zhao Zicheng, and Zhang Fucheng built a large number of cellars, which was a hot topic at that time. Nowadays, all these cellars have become the fermentation pits for Luzhou Laojiao·60 Years Old Cellar.

Luzhou Laojiao·60 Years Old Cellar is smooth and mellow with complex aromas, showcasing the flavorful fruitiness and rich texture.

Tasting Notes: Sesame, herbs, anchovy, and stone fruit peel are present in the nose. A clean and briny body with hints of citrus rind, apricot, anise, and Pacific oyster.

The expression features whiskies aged in 14 cask types, which in turn has created layers of complexity with depths of aroma, texture and flavour.

With whisky drawn from the breadth of The Macallan’s extensive inventory, the expression includes distinct influences from European oak Sherry seasoned casks, American oak Sherry seasoned casks, American oak Bourbon casks, and the distillery’s finest refill casks.

Together, the expressions create layers of complexity and a depth in aroma, flavour and texture. On the nose, the whisky presents Medjool dates, sweet baked figs and rich milk chocolate accompanied by ‘delicate’ hints of honey and tropical character, while Sherry-soaked dried fruits, orange marmalade and honeycomb can be detected on the palate.

Handmade using a technique of colored yarn appliqué, the decanter’s cap represents a beautiful desert landscape of mountains and valleys overflown by bright red finches. Each piece requires over three hours of meticulous craftsmanship from artisans.

The final card in the legendary Ichiro's Malt Card series from the closed distillery of Hanyu.
The colour Joker is a single malt from 14 casks filled in either 1985, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1991 and 2000, with cask types including Sherry Butt, Puncheon, Hogshead, ex-Bourbon, ex-Cognac, ex-Madeira and Chibidaru.

The 54th and final bottling in Ichiro's Malt Card series, only 3,690 bottles were produced.
