樣靚配搭仲靚！💓 corvina, merlot 同 syrah blend經過木桶陳年後味道複雜，紅果味道加上玫瑰花香同黑胡椒等辛料味道，減低意大利雲吞裏面鴨肝嘅肥膩感覺之餘，同牛肝菌嘅味道都好夾！
Beautiful pairing, beautiful presentation, beautiful...💓 This corvina, merlot and syrah blend is made from a mix of fresh and dry grapes. After wood barrel aging, it has developed dried roses aroma and black pepper taste along with its red fruit palate. The complexity of this wine matches seamlessly with the tortellini. Not only has the spices balanced out the heaviness of duck liver, the floral profile has also further enhanced the earthiness of porcini mushrooms!

On 3rd May, 2017, we invite you to discover the Nouveau Italian Cuisine of Joia now helmed by Chef Sheldon Fonseca who hails from London, England, where he worked under the tutelage of some of the world’s most renowned chefs at their most esteemed establishments including the 3 Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, and Michelin-starred MAZE by Jason Atherton, Murano by Angela Harnett, and Cut at 45 Park Lane by Wolfgang Puck.

Complementing the light, refreshing style of Chef Sheldon’s exquisite cuisine will be the rare Florentine Tuscan wines of Tenuta Cantagallo and Tenuta Le Farnete in Chianti Montalbano and Carmignano (Italy’s smallest DOCG).
