This is where I live. ANTIGUA GUATEMALA. Easter is a big deal. We make carpet out of sawdust. Then several brotherhoods start parades with float about the life and death of Jesus Christ. It is amazing.

Our story!

EPISODE 122: ANTIGUA CI**RS!

Lyne & Uwe are the co-founders of Antigua Ci**rs, located in Antigua, Guatemala.

Uwe is originally from Germany; Lyne is originally from Quebec City, Canada. They met a few decades ago while Uwe was living in Canada. Ci**rs are part of the story that brought them together.

For the past 17 years, they have lived in Antigua, Guatemala, and for almost that entire time they have had a cigar business, including their lounge, Antigua Ci**rs.

They are also part of the recent trend of ex-pats from North America finding places to live, work, and retire in Latin America. But don’t worry: they aren’t retired just yet. They are all in on the cigar business including their work with legendary cigar makers like Rocky Patel, Oscar Ci**rs, Plasencia Ci**rs, and others. Listen for lots of incredible stories.
