Μας πάει πίσω στο 1949, όταν ο Ιωάννης Δρίτσας τη δημιούργησε με στόχο την παραγωγή και εμπορία ειδών καπνιστού. 20 χρόνια αργότερα, η εταιρεία προχώρησε σ'ένα αποφασιστικό βήμα: τη δημιουργία και παραγωγή των προϊόντων EVANS. H πείρα και η γνώση των χρόνων, αλλά και η δημιουργική σκέψη οδήγησαν στην επιτυχία. 'Ετσι, τα προϊόντα αυτά κατάφεραν να ξεπεράσουν τα όρι

α της Ελλάδας, και να αρχίσουν να εξάγονται σε 11 χώρες της Αμερικής, της Ασίας, της Αφρικής και της Ευρώπης.

Σήμερα, τα προϊόντα ΕVANS παράγονται σε ιδιόκτητες εγκαταστάσεις της εταιρείας ΔΡΙΤΣΑΣ ΣΩΤ. ΜΟΝ/ΠΗ ΕΠΕ, η οποία και συνεχίζει το έργο του ιδρυτή της με την ίδια όρεξη, το ίδιο κίνητρο και την ίδια επιτυχία. The course of the company "Dritsas̱"
