Hello to all with a great June Halkidiki offer and last July/August dates!

Escape in between the sea and the pine forest in Nikiti village area (Sithonia/Halkidiki) in a quiet, secluded and secured area. Now with a great offer for June, with 60e per day (instead of 100e) for up to 4 persons (and then +10e for each more person from the 5th to the 8th).

Available dates for 2020: June 21-29, July 4-15, August 6-12 and after August 23.
Prices:
The price for up to 4 people is: June 60 (from 100e), July-August 100e, September 100e, October-December 70e per day, for up to 4 people. For each more person (from the 5th until the 8th, please add +10e).
Minimum stay is: 5 nights.

The house
In our fully stocked 75 sq.m. (just ONE, we don't have more!) seafront apartment you are never more than 20 steps away from our secluded Kosmas Pigadi beach! Your breakfast or meal is always accompanied by an... orchestra of birds, the sea breeze and the scent of the pine forest. Here you have to forget about mass tourism and enjoy our very quiet beach, and the pine forest with many kilometers for hiking and bicycling. The apartment was renovated in 2017. There are two bedrooms (one with a sea-facing balcony and the other with a pine forest facing balcony), one living-room, one fully stocked kitchen, one bathroom and two balconies. There are three A/C's (in the two bedrooms and the living room), satellite-tv, fast wireless internet (throughout the house and the balconies). We offer for free 2 canoe/paddling boats and one surf, in order to discover our area, plus many tourism proposals about beaches, sightseeing, gastronomy, festivals, shopping, kids activities etc, based on Danos experience as a travel journalist and Paiko mountain ecotourism expert: https://youtu.be/XSSE7dY6KlQ We are kids friendly offering baby cot, baby chair etc.

We are in a very quiet, secluded and secured area. The 75 sq.m. apartment comes with two rooms, separate living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, sea view balcony, 3XA/Cs, 2X canoe/kayaks for free and many more amenities. Very reliable internet guarantees work from our apt.

The beach
Access to the beach is very easy through a flat wide road from our plot to the beach (just 30m walking!). The beach is mostly sandy as is the sea (with only 1-2 meters of stones in the entrance, please see relevant videos). Also the water deepens mildly, making it ideal and safe for kids. In one area of the beach there are big pine trees offering natural shade.

Between the sea and forest of Elani, Halkidiki

Escape between the sea and the pine forest, in pristine nature, in a spacious, fully equipped, ground floor apartment, with two rooms, a living room, a kitchen and two large gardens. It is a very quiet apartment, suitable for couples, families and young people.

Our 70sq.metres country house in Elani (Siviri), Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki, together with our second house just 30m away (you can see it here: www.airbnb.gr/rooms/?preview), is our relaxation zone throughout the year. Thanks to its unique position, in between the blue sea and the dense pine forest, the apartment offers its visitors moments of relaxation and rejuvenation, while at the same time is close to vibrant villages (with taverns, café/bars, shops etc.), areas of cultural interest, cosmopolitan marines etc. Add to this that we welcome all of our visitors as old friends and we are always available for them. The distance from Thessaloniki is 95kms and from Thessaloniki “Macedonia” airport is 80kms. It is an apartment in the ground floor of a two storey building, completely secure for children playing outside in the green garden. Also there is space for free car parking. Our apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. We also accept pets.
After leaving your car in our parking, right in front of the green “mountain” garden (that looks toward the pine-forested mountain), you enter the house and the spacious living room -with the view to the “sea” garden- appears. The two comfortable sofas (one can be used as a single bed as well), the dining table (during summer is used in the garden as well), the coffee table corner and the fire place, all make for a cosy, relaxed atmosphere. The fan is seldom used, because of the daily sea and forest breeze.
In the nearby comfortable kitchen (part of the living room), you will find a fully functional and equipped area, ready to serve all your kitchen needs. There is refrigerator, dish washer, electric cooker, toaster, coffee maker and a large variety of kitchen appliances such as pots, utensils, pans, plates, bowls, table-clothes, as well as spices, salt, sugar, coffee etc.
In the fully equipped bathroom, there is a bath tub, while the washing machine is in another area of the house.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed, closet, drawers, chair, a small table and a ceiling fan.
In the second room there is a double bed, a comfortable closet, chair, bedside table and a ceiling fan.
In the main garden -facing the sea and dense pine forest- the main table, the deckchairs, the greenery, but most of all the panoramic view toward the blue sea and dense pine forest, form the basis for kids and adults alike to be together, eat, read, play, sunbathe etc. It is an ideal place to start the day with a nice breakfast or to end the day with some wine, gazing at the stars and enjoy the sunset over the mythical 12 Greek Gods Olympus mountain. There is also another garden from the other side of the building (next to the parking).
We will gladly provide you for free with: sheets, towels, sun-umbrellas, folding sand-chairs, mobile fridge and ice cubes. For children with small kids we can provide you with baby cots and baby chairs.
The neighbourhood
Our apartment is part of “Elani settlement”, a group of country houses spread over a mainly forested area of 150acres (150.000sq. metres). In the settlement there is security service, regular garden maintenance, green open spaces for kids to play and playground, basketball, football and tennis courts, stone paths for walking/jogging, tavern, mini-market, beach bar, a 5star hotel with tavern and swimming pool.
Our beach, which is more than 1km long, is sandy and family friendly, with gently sloping water and the pine forests reaching the sea. The house is 500m. from the sea and you can reach either with car (an asphalt road leads to a free parking next to the sea or on foot via a stone path).
In our immediate vicinity you can do a lot of things: mountain bicycling, jogging or walking in the shady pine forest paths leading to Sani Resort (with the famous summer “Sani Festival” and the luxurious yachts marina) or lively Siviri settlement.
In Siviri settlement (2kms away) you will find: super-market, taverns, cafes, shops etc. In Kassandria village (8kms away) you will find the same kind of shops like Siviri, plus the main Health Center of the area, as well as a lively farmer’s market (every Tuesday).
We will gladly provide you with a lot of travel information regarding Halkidiki, Thessaloniki and other areas of northern Greece.

Two words about us:
Daniel works as a travel journalist and mountain guide in Paiko mountain, where we have a chestnut farm, open for visitors (schools and families). As a consequence I love travelling, being with people and getting to know new places in Greece and abroad. I am fluent in English and I speak intermediate French.
Maya works as a physiotherapist and loves to travel as well. She is very much into cooking, producing gourmet dishes, jams and sauces. She speaks fluently Russian.

Rules of the house
Generally speaking, there are some common sense rules, which when observed will make the whole experience positive for both sides. Please make sure that you leave the place as you found it.
We will kindly ask you to:
-refrain from smoking indoors, particularly in bedrooms, we have two wonderful gardens!
- respect my neighbours. Be quiet especially between 15.00-17.30 and 23.00-09.00 hours.
