Our final instalment of Sparkling Wine of the Week at Jorvine is the Rathfinny 2019 Blanc de Noir.
A stunning sparkling with from South Downs in Sussex, this fizz is made using Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and aged for no less than 36 months in the bottle.
2019 was an exceptional vintage for them and resulted in a wine full of ripe peach, fresh crisp apple and a hint of smoke alongside classic notes of toast and brioche.
A fantastic wine at 47.50 but hurry if you’d like a bottle we don’t have many left!

For the month of June we are showcasing our best wines for summer and this week we have decided to showcase none other than Maison Boutinot’s Edalise Côtes de Provence rosé from the south of France. A beautifully dry, classic Provence wine that remains one of our best selling wines, even in the winter months.
This wine has been perfectly blended to include Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle. The Grenache brings red berry fruit, whilst the Cinsault offers slight spice and the Rolle balances with white peach.
It’s dry, elegant and light which mean it pairs beautifully with shellfish or white fish the complement the acidity. A gorgeous wine available on our wine list to drink in or take away 🍷
