Self contained central accommodation comprising a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, lounge with tea/coffee making facilities and fridge, your own front door and a parking permit. We have self contained central accommodation (7 minutes walk to the high street,10 minutes to the cathedral and 7 minutes walk from the train station). The space comprises of the following:

door accessed from the street. You will enter into your lounge where there is a comfy 2 seater sofa ( this can convert into a sofa bed for a child). From the lounge there is a door into the bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers with hanging space, desk/chair, dressing table/hairdryer/mirror. Door into
en-suite shower room. The whole accommodation has been part of a massive renovation of the main house which is now fully completed. Your lounge used to be a corner shop in years gone by, hence “your own front door”. The property dates from the 1850’s and although refurbished it does still retain the Victorian feel with high ceilings and sash windows. It is a lovely light and airy space.
