Need an easy recipe to keep the kids entertained this weekend? Have you tried making delicious shortbread biscuits? They only take 3 ingredients!

125g Butter
55g Caster Sugar
180g Flour (Plain or Self raising)

Mix together the butter and sugar until smooth, gradually stir in the flour until you have a thick paste. Turn on to a floured work surface and gently roll out until the paste is 1cm thick. Cut into rounds or other shapes and put on a baking tray, sprinkle with a little extra sugar and chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Bake on a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 Mins. Optionally sprinkle with a little icing sugar when cool.

100ml cranberry juice

Cubed ice
Optional Frozen berries & Lime to garnish

Fill a tall glass with lots of ice, pour over your Gordon's Zero Alcohol gin and the cranberry juice, then top up with ginger ale.
For the finishing touch, garnish with frozen berries and a slice of lime.
