MacPhail's 30 Year Old, a sherry cask matured Speyside single malt from an undisclosed distillery, offers a complex palate with notes of stewed fruit, roasted nuts, chocolate, and spices, with a medium finish featuring menthol and cocoa.

Pamela has recently been away to a Fancy Wine seminar in France , where she took part in the age old tradition of Grape stomping - yes with her very own feet. She even brought home a bottle of wine made from her personal foot-powered vintage . (Don't worry , it tastes more like grapes 🍇 than toes 🤪👣.)

Inspired by her adventure , she's come up with a brilliant idea:

A Grape Stomping Night - and you're invited !
All proceeds will go to The Society of Grape Crushers to help keep this quirky squishy tradition alive.

We got Vats , grapes of all varieties on order and now all we need....is YOU!

Now here's how to get involved:

Tickets are £45 - and that gets you :
🍇 A one-of-a-kind grape stomping experience
🍷 A lovely bottle of wine you made yourself (DIY never tasted so good)
👣 Bragging rights as a certified "Foot-winemaker
and a buffet and blether afterwards.

It's the last friday of the month , golly these months are just flying by so quickly. 😆🥹😂

Who doesn't like a Cocktail ?
I defo do, my favourite ones are Mojito and Pina Colada , What are yours?

Mojito & Pina Colado are simple to make (I think that's a lot to do why I like them ) ,they both have a Bacardi / White Rum Base.
I'd recommend adding a little extra to your Pina Colada though, a few ounces of Anejo Rum to the mix, you'll be amazed by the difference it makes to it.

As well as Barcardi and Anejo Rum we have lots of other drinks in stock to help you in your cocktail making. 🍹

Gordon & Macphail bring a delicious Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the renowned Pulteney Distillery, bottled in 1998, cask strength of 56.6%, refill bourbon barrel matured. On the nose grapefruit and lemon aromas give way to baked apples and freshly cut grass, honey and banana. Flavours are balanced by cracked black pepper with a full finish of mixed nuts. - Sara-Jane, Slàinte Mhath! 😁🥃

WHISKY WEDNESDAY 🥃
Glenfiddich Gran Reserva 21 year old single malt. I love the presentation of this whisky with it's gorgeous orange and gold box, with revolving lid revealing the whisky tucked inside. Selected American and European oak casks finishing in rum soaked bourbon casks. An intensely sweet vanilla and floral banana on the nose. Peppery leading to ginger, fig and lime, shifting to a finale of sweet toffee and spicy warmth. - Sara-Jane, Slàinte Mhath 🥃
