The Grade ll listed roof in Whitley Bay Metro Station has been unveiled after extensive work & we have to say it looks superb.

However, it’s fair to say whilst this work has been taking place it’s not been the easiest of times for local businesses Dil and the Bear - at the Station and The Ticket Office.

As the work on the Station proceeds into 2025 we ask you to continue to support these two lush indie businesses 🫶
