The Big Dippa event returns to Whitley Bay this weekend!

There's food, drink and music on the Spanish City Plaza on Saturday and Sunday between 10am-5pm.

Tunes by Whitley Bay Renaissance with live performances from Kieren Hooper on Saturday and April Soul on Sunday.

Times for action in the water on Saturday:

10am - Adults distance race
11.30am - Kids distance race
12.15pm - Kids sprint race, adults fun sprints, fun relay sprints, dragon board sprints
1.30pm - Kids technical race
2pm - Adults technical race
2.45pm - Fun relay races, dragon board races & finals
4pm - Prize giving

Activities are subject to change at very short notice depending on weather conditions on the day. Some races might move to Sunday if necessary.
