My promise is to provide a fun and informal approach to wine tasting and education. Whether it's to learn about the basics of wine, broaden your existing knowledge, or to just have a fun night blind-tasting with friends, I will tailor a tasting to suit you. My adventures with wine and spirits began as a waitress in the local hotel where I grew up. Since then, I have been lucky enough to work both

in retail and with some of the finest bars and restaurants in the UK. I trained with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and have had the opportunity to work with some incredibly inspiring people along the way. They helped me understand that technical knowledge is only a small part of the experience. That it is really all about you, and your tastes and preferences, not about the snobbery, cost or latest trend. It's fun; it's a never ending personal adventure. It's that simple.
