Today is world cocktail day 🍹🍸🥃

So we wanted to share with you one of our favourite Alcohol Free cocktails, the Classic Mojito.

Using the amazing Myth Alcohol Free Drinks white cane spirit this makes a delicious mouthwatering AF Mojito. The flavour profile of this drink is incredible and can also be paired with coke to make a white rum and coke (akin to a Malibu and coke).

So, what do you need to make it? ... all very simple

A dozen or so fresh mint leaves – The star of this classic cocktail! Muddle some mint leaves to infuse the drink with flavour and add a few more to your glass at the end for garnish.

50ml AF White cane spirit – We are big fans of using the Myth White Cane spirit as it has a fantastic coconut flavour. Alternatively Gimber is a great option, if your one of our Gimber fans 😀

25ml Fresh lime juice – Freshly squeezed lime juice gives that perfect zing!

10ml Simple syrup – Simple syrup keeps for several weeks in the fridge, and is easy to make, one cup sugar to one cup water, then heated to dissolve.

Sparkling water – It balances the tart lime and the white cane and gives the cocktail a fun fizz.

Ice – You can’t make a cool, refreshing mojito without it!

How to make it ...

Place about 10 mint leaves at the bottom of a glass or cocktail shaker and muddle to release the mint flavour and oils. Then add the remainder of the ingredients (excluding the sparkling water) and stir if in a glass or shake the cocktail shaker. Strain off into a fresh glass, top up with Sparkling water to taste and add a couple of mint leaves for garnish.

Simply delicious, enjoy 🌟🌟🥰🥰
