To celebrate National Popcorn Day here is our Kin Toffee Popcorn Sundae with Toffee Drizzle
Ingredients (Serves 2):
2-3 scoops of your favourite ice cream (vanilla or salted caramel work great!)
1 cup freshly popped popcorn (sweet or lightly salted)
60ml Kin Toffee Syrup
Whipped cream (optional)
Optional toppings: crushed nuts, chocolate chips, or a pinch of sea salt
Prepare the Popcorn:
Pop a fresh batch of popcorn. Sweet or lightly salted popcorn works best to balance the flavours. Let it cool slightly.
Assemble the Sundae:
In a serving bowl or glass, start with a base of popcorn.
Add 2–3 scoops of ice cream on top.
Add the Toffee Drizzle:
Warm the Kin Toffee Syrup slightly (optional) and pour it generously over the ice cream and popcorn.
Top It Off:
If desired, add whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with more popcorn, crushed nuts, or chocolate chips for added texture.
