This week we are making some improvements to our cold room insulation and tackling a leak in the toilet (😭). The good news is that everything is getting fixed, but for now, only the fridges are open, and our 12 taps will be closed until Thursday 10th October. We’ll repeat the same schedule next week.
Inside seating is very limited due to the work, but, weather permitting, our outdoor seating area will still be available! This will continue for two weeks, and we’ll keep you posted on the progress.

WE JUDGED SOME BEER! We had five rounds and judged 10 beers blind. Each round focused on a different framework and method of judging. We looked at @societyofindependentbrewers @campaignforrealale @intbeerchal @bjcp_official and #GACBB. We took an average or voted for our favourites from each round. Two beers came out on top, @thehastingsproject German Style Pilsner and @turningpointbrewco Texas Sized-10 a QIPA - which we all shared a pour of at the end too.
