Happy Friday! Our Card Payments are back up and running and we have a fresh flower delivery from Carol this morning!
AND the sun is shining ready for our Volunteer BBQ this evening, celebrating 10 years of the shop opening! We will be closing the Coffee Shop at 2.00pm today so we can get prepped, make sure you pop down before for your coffees!

There may be a little building work going on outside, but we're still in action inside! Our Wednesday special is on as usual, featuring some delicious Grampound-Grown goodies from Three Stitches Farm. Choose from Smoked Bacon & Leek, or Cheese & Tomato quiche, or a Jacket Potato with homemade salads, all for £5
We also have a temporary seating area on the field, so you can still get your fresh-air fix ☀️

Hello gang! From tomorrow we'll be having our decking replaced at the store 🎉
We will be open throughout, but you may need to follow relevant signs to either the main shop entrance, or through the coffee shop. If in doubt, shout to us and we'll guide you through the (hopefully, minimal) carnage!
We apologise in advance for the inconvenience, and thank you all for your co-operation as we navigate through. The biggest thank you to the Parish Council for helping fund the works, and to the Village Hall for housing our benches whilst work is going on.
Here's to extra space to enjoy a bacon bap, without getting soggy!

Our Water Supply has stopped so we've had to close the Coffee Shop. Apologies for the inconvenience.
We have also run out of big bottles of water, we will do an order for a couple of cases to arrive tomorrow in case people are still without supply 💦

A big thank you to everyone who came down to enjoy our Wednesday lunch special with us today, the sun is shining and the decking is full, as well as bellies! We have one Cheese & Tomato quiche left if anyone is feeling hungry and fancies a spot of late lunch! Just £5.00 ☀️

We're adding a special Ploughman's Lunch to our Wednesday lunchtime special today, with Grampound-Grown salad, ooher!!

We also have some lovely produce from the School on offer, freshly harvested today. All proceeds will go back to the school's garden.

GRAMPOUND CARNIVAL
Saturday 7th September
Without the support and hard work of our village groups and organisations it wouldn't still be going
It would be great if your group could join in the procession either walking or on a vehicle and join in the fete during the day with stalls
If you need any support from the Carnival committee do let us know and keep us up to date if you are entering or having stalls...
Let's keep our Carnival going, vibrant and have this great event for many more years to come

Happy Wednesday! Lots of goodies in the Coffee Shop today, including Carrot, Lemon & Blueberry and Apple Cake.
Our Wednesday lunch special is live, choose from Cheese & Tomato, Cheese & Onion or Smoked Bacon & Leek Quiche with homemade salads or a Jacket Potato for £5.
And we have some beautiful bouquets of flowers, from Grampound business Roamer Rose outside the veg cupboard.

It's our favourite day at the shop with our flower delivery from Carol. Bunches of sweet peas £2.50, bouquets £3.50 🌺
And don't forget it's the School's Summer Fair today at 3pm, we have raffle tickets for sale in the shop if you'd like to support! 50p a strip.

We've been asked to pop together some hampers for Father's Day and a very special Birthday recently, full of Cornish goodies, with some special requests thrown in to boot.

The Post Office Outreach service is changing at the store. From the end of the month, Grampound Road Stores will be here on Wednesdays from 9am - Midday.

A fresh delivery of Boddington's Berries has arrived, and we have our lovely Wednesday lunch special on in the Coffee Shop this afternoon. Quiche plus a range of homemade salads, or a freshly baked Jacket Potato for £5. Even better, the salad leaves we're using today were grown by the children at Grampound with Creed C of E Primary School

THE LIVE DRAW OF OUR CHRISTMAS HAMPER, kindly drawn by Lynn (... any complaints of bias can go to her 😂) We've managed to put together a second-prize hamper to boot, so not one but 2 winners today. First place (rather aptly) is number 58 which is Neil's ticket at the Dolphin Inn The second hamper goes to everyone's favourite Welshman Keith Sutton with ticket 158. Most importantly, we've managed to raise just over £300 for the Pub's fundraising efforts for MAM treatment at Merlin - Cornwall's Neuro Therapy Centre, so a huge thank you from all of us to everyone who supported the raffle this year 🎄
Feeling festive today at the shop, why not pop by to hear Mark on his saxophone and grab a festive bap? Raising money for Fisherman's Mission 🎄
The sound of summer 🌞 the House Martin's have finally arrived at the village hall and we couldn't be happier! It's the little things!
We're in full swing this morning! Cooked breakfasts are flying out, and we have quite the selection of cakes on the counter! -Salted Caramel Brownie -Yorkshire Parkin -Lemon Drizzle -Chocolate and Biscoff Brownie As well as fresh Teacakes and Rock Buns from Martin's Bakery. ☀️
